At Quorn Stone, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural stone or porcelain tiles. If you change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original packaging and resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Notify Our Team

  Contact our customer service department via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process and receive your return authorization number.

  Secure Packaging

  Ensure all tiles are securely packed on the original pallet or in their original boxes to prevent breakage during transit, as we can only refund items that arrive back in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Arrange Transport

  You are responsible for arranging the return shipment to our central warehouse; we recommend using a tracked pallet service and taking photos of the goods before they are collected.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected the returned stone and confirmed it meets our quality standards, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
