Do you offer samples before I place a full order?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can select up to three 10x10cm stone samples for free, and they will be delivered directly to your door within 3-5 working days.

How are the stone tiles delivered?

Our tiles are heavy and fragile, so they are shipped via a specialized pallet network. Delivery is typically 'kerbside,' meaning the driver will unload the pallet at the nearest accessible point to your property.

Does natural stone require sealing?

Yes, all natural stone is porous and requires sealing to protect it from staining and moisture. We recommend sealing your tiles both before and after grouting for the best long-term results.

Can I return unused tiles after my project is finished?

We accept returns of full, unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Are your stone tiles suitable for underfloor heating?

Most of our natural stone and porcelain tiles are excellent conductors of heat and are fully compatible with both electric and water-based underfloor heating systems.

What is the lead time for an order?

For items currently in stock, delivery usually takes 5-7 working days. For bespoke or out-of-stock items, lead times can vary between 4 to 12 weeks depending on the material source.
